ONLY FOR CANDIDATES APPLYING FOR Nursery, Jr.KG & Sr.KG

Kindly scan the self-attested photocopies & upload ONLINE for verification

1. Notary/ Gazette Attested  Birth Certificate with the child's name – (Only English version) :- Issued from a Municipal Council/Corporation.(Certificate issued by Hospital will not be accepted)               
2. Present Proof of Residence (only of father / mother) - Electricity Bill, Passport, Bank statement or Aadhaar Card, Rent Agreement in parent's name only.
3. Latest postcard size Family Photograph with (formal) father, mother & applicant child only, preferably taken in the Studio
4. Parents and applicant's individual Passport size photographs (without attestation).
5. ID Proof of both parents i.e. Aadhaar Card etc (self-attested).
6. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC Category, if the applicant belongs.
7. Aadhaar card copy of the applicant( child)
8. Transaction details of the Application processing Charges of Rs.1000/- through only UPI payments

• All self attested scanned documents and photographs should be in JPG/PNG/GIF/BMP format ONLY. (PDF format will not be accepted)
• Individual document file size should not exceed 500 KB.
• Parents and applicant's Passport size photos should not exceed 300 KB in size.
• To fill up the form and upload the documents, the following browsers can be used (latest version): Chrome/ Mozilla/ Safari/ Microsoft Edge (clear cache, history of the browser at each time you login).
• All documents should be scanned in 150 DPI & no mobile photographs will be accepted.
  
  
  3.General Instruction

1. The application form must be filled in English language only.
2. Applications are invited for the classes of Nursery, Jr.KG & Sr.KG (2025-26)
3. Application form should be submitted online and forms will be available at our website www.stemssurat.org
4. Application form available from  2nd December 2024 to 31st January 2025
5. Application form submission last date is 31st January 2025
6. Upload the Required documents as per the above mentioned list
   
7.  The application process fee is Rs.1000/-  pay through UPI
   
8.  Submission of Application Form does not guarantee admission.
9. The application must be completed and the information mentioned in the application form should be true. In case of any discrepancy, Management holds the right to cancel the Application Form and the child's admission.
10.  Eligblity criteria should be strictly adhered to.
    
11. Influence or third-party intervention in any form shall immediately disqualify your child’s admission. Application once rejected shall not be re-considered.
12. Fees once paid at the time of admission are NON-REFUNDABLE.
13. Management’s decision for granting admission shall be   final

4. Guidelines

1. Kindly read the General Instructions before starting to fill out the online application
   
2. Refer to the age criteria before filling out the application. Wrong Birth date does not match the Birth Certificate will be rejected.
   
3. All the * marked fields are mandatory to fill
   
4. Be ready with all the scanned required documents for uploading.
5. The filled application form can be downloaded and also will receive an email copy for the same.
6. Submit the  Signed application form to the school with the dates mentioned through the email.
7. Make the payment of Rs.1000/- as application process charges through UPI only (Gpay/Phonepe/any UPI) and enter the Transaction details (12 digit Number) in the online form. Without Transaction details, forms cannot be submitted. Kindly enter the 12 Digit UID number  if you are making payment through Phonepe 

Kindly scan the Barcode and make the payment of Rs.1000 as application processing charges.
